Goals & objectives
olipoli organizes workshops, seminars, lectures, concerts, and festivals, creating a network that brings together musicians, artists, educators, students, cultural organizations, and anyone who wishes to engage with the art of music.
With a focus on musical creation, artistic performance and presentation, education, and cultural participation, olipoli promotes collaboration, intercultural dialogue, and the coexistence of diverse communities and institutions across Thessaloniki, creating spaces for expression, creativity, and exchange within the city.

A Community of Music, Learning & Cultural Participation
Contemporary musical creations inspired by the diverse musical traditions of the world
The idea of olipoli was born in Thessaloniki in the summer of 2020, in response to the need for a community of musical expression, artistic creation, and cultural exchange. Through artistic, educational, and community-based initiatives, olipoli connects artists, audiences, and communities, contributing to a vibrant cultural life in Thessaloniki and beyond.
Team
We came together through shared ideas, needs, and a common belief in the power of music to connect people.
From the beginning, we envisioned an open community where artists, audiences, educators, students, and cultural practitioners could meet, learn, create, and grow together. Today, that vision continues to guide our work, inviting everyone to participate, observe, learn, contribute, and become part of a living cultural community.
